From my view as a patron, the Real Ale Expo was an unqualified success. Not a huge crowd, but you'd kind of expect that for an outdoor evening festival in the autumn, the focus of which was cask-condition beer.
Still, there was a great variety, and the lighter crowd made for little to no waiting for your pour. I particularly enjoyed the cask condtioned Phin and Matt's Extraordinary Ale from the Southern Tier Brewing Company.
So thanks, Joe, for putting together a great evening. I'll be disappointed if you don't repeat the Expo next year.

Maybe next year, Joe can set the even up a little earlier in the year. I, like most Crapchestarians aren't big on outdoor events when its 38 degrees outside.
Well, At least you know the beer is cold. Oh wait a minute... cask is supposed to be served piss warm.
